Womb Healing Retreat with Shaela Noella
An invitation back into your feminine power.
Three days for women longing for more connection to their body, their intuition and their inner knowing.
Maybe you know this
Sometimes it doesn’t take a big reason.
Maybe there was an experience that moved you more than you first thought. A question that stays with you. Or simply the wish to feel a little closer to yourself again.
All of that is reason enough.
This weekend is an invitation to consciously take a few days just for yourself.
What happens here
What Womb Healing really is

The term “Womb Healing” sounds unfamiliar to many women at first. That’s understandable. Because although this kind of work has been alive in parts of Central America for generations, most women here encounter it for the first time.
In the traditions Shaela learned from, the womb space is seen as more than a physical place. It is regarded as a centre of feminine power, creativity, intuition and creative force - a place closely tied to how we experience ourselves as women.
Traditional healers and curanderas believe that the important experiences of a woman’s life are stored not only in the mind, but also in the body.
Love and loss.
Motherhood and childlessness.
Joy and grief.
Endings and new beginnings.
Womb Healing is an invitation to give attention back to this part of you.
The work Shaela shares is based on a tradition she learned over many years from curanderas and healers in Guatemala and Mexico - a tradition passed there from women to women for generations.
This weekend, it doesn’t become a complicated teaching, but a direct experience. Through traditional self-massage of the belly and womb space, breathwork, simple rituals and the strength of a protected circle of women, you get to know the foundations of this work. You apply the massage yourself and remain fully clothed throughout.
Every woman experiences this work differently. Some report a more conscious connection with their body. Others experience their cycle more mindfully, or feel more strongly connected to themselves again after a challenging phase of life.
For many women, it’s an opportunity to meet themselves more consciously again.
What it is
- old women’s knowledge, passed down over generations
- attention for your body and your centre
- gentle self-massage, breath, ritual, stillness
- a protected circle for women only
What it is not
- not therapy, not a substitute for a doctor
- not a religion
- nothing sexual
- not a fertility programme
- nothing you have to be “spiritual” for
It is old women’s knowledge, passed down over generations - and an invitation to reconnect with what many women already know deep within.
Why women come
Why women come to this work
Women come for very different reasons - physical and emotional alike. This work does not replace medical treatment. Many seek it as a complement, when they sense that a part of them needs attention.
When the cycle is a burden
Painful or irregular periods, PMS, tension in the lower abdomen - many women wish for a more mindful relationship with their cycle.
On the path of wanting a child
An unfulfilled wish for a child, or treatments like IVF, can make your own body feel like a project for a long time. This work promises no pregnancy - but it can be a place to meet your body with gentleness instead of pressure.
Through menopause
Hormonal transitions set a lot in motion. This work can be a space to move through this phase consciously.
After birth, surgery or hysterectomy
This space is meant for you even without a uterus. After an operation, many women look to reconnect with their body.
After loss or hard experiences
Separation, grief, miscarriage, violations of boundaries - experiences that often show up in the body too.
From a wish for connection
When your own body has become unfamiliar or distant - or you simply wish for more closeness to your body, intuition and femininity.
Safety
You stay in control. The whole time.
This work sometimes touches themes that aren’t easy. That’s why one thing matters to us more than anything: that you feel safe.
You decide.
Every exercise is voluntary. You take part as far as you wish - and no further.
No one touches you unasked.
You apply the massage yourself, clothed. Touch by anyone else only with your clear yes.
You don’t have to share anything.
What you share is up to you. Silence is as welcome here as words.
You are not alone.
Shaela and the team are there for you. Follow-up conversations are included.
Who holds the weekend
Shaela Noella has guided women
for over 20 years.
She learned her craft where it comes from: from healers and curanderas in Hawaii, the USA and Latin America. In recent years above all from the traditional healers of Guatemala and Mexico.
Today she teaches and practises worldwide. She has guided over 2,000 women along this path.
What women who have worked with her say again and again: that she is gentle and clear at once. That she holds a space where you dare to open. That nothing feels put on.
Held in English - with German translation available.

Voices

“In a private session with Shaela, old wounds were finally healed that I had hidden deep inside after a very complicated pregnancy and birth. Her gentle, clear way, full of respect and love, was what I had always searched for and never found. I am incredibly grateful that my body belongs to me again!”Meike · private session
“I was so fortunate to experience Shaela in two retreats. In whatever “role”, she has an incredible presence. Whether as a healer, as a guide through the process, as a mediator between worlds, as a musician, as a teacher in the workshop. Everything about her is light, is sacred knowledge, is spiritual connection, is intuition, paired with a deep groundedness.”Anna · two retreats
“Shaela is simply enchanting! She brings together a wealth of traditions within her and so brings so much love and healing into the world. I was able to experience this on many levels during a week with her. The cleansing rituals we learned from her have become part of my life and keep helping me walk my path. Thank you, Shaela!”Monika

Limpia - the cleansing
An old cleansing ritual from the traditions of Central America. With herbs, smoke and flowers, a Limpia releases heavy, stuck energy - and makes room for clarity and calm. This afternoon you don’t just experience a Limpia, you learn to do it yourself: on you, on the people you love, in your spaces.

Opening the Voice
Many of us have unlearned singing - out of shame, out of caution, because someone once told us we couldn’t hold a tune. This evening brings your voice back. No skill needed, no performance. Just the courage to become audible - and how light and free that feels.
